• Are an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong understanding of hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, sales, and guest services.
• Lead with confidence while remaining approachable, supportive, and team-oriented.
• Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities during a hotel opening and ongoing operations.
• Understand the importance of financial performance, revenue management, and cost control.
• Take pride in creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued.

We’re excited to have you join us because you…

• Have experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a full-service or select-service hotel environment.
• Have experience with Hilton brand standards or similar major hotel brands.
• Bring strong leadership skills and a passion for building and mentoring teams.
• Understand hotel financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Have experience leading hotel openings, transitions, or major renovations.
• Bring professionalism, integrity, and a genuine love for hospitality to everything you do.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of DoubleTree by Hilton Midland.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences that align with Hilton brand standards and Coury Hospitality values.
• Oversee all operational departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Sales.
• Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with ownership and Coury Hospitality leadership to achieve strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with the local Midland community and business partners.
