Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking experienced Registered Apprentice Plumbers to join our team for industrial construction projects in Midland, TX. This position is ideal for motivated individuals with at least three years of plumbing apprenticeship experience who are looking to expand their skills while working alongside experienced professionals. The Apprentice Plumber will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Must be a Registered Plumbing Apprentice with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).
- Minimum of 3 years of plumbing apprenticeship experience.
- Experience working on industrial or commercial construction sites preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of OSHA or general construction safety practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as project needs require.
Starting Pay: $16
