What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Support neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
What We’re Looking For
The Mindset: Driven to create positive change, passionate about helping children, and dedicated to patient success.
Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher (great fit for recent grads, caregivers, or childcare professionals).
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
