Location: Northwood University 4000 Whiting Drive, Midland 48640

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM - Reduced Hours on Saturday 

*Schedule includes seasonal scheduling - College semesters; August – December; January – May

Creative Dining Services on site at Northwood University is looking for a passionate, energetic Cook to help fuel our vibrant

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare delicious food items by following established recipes and menus, ensuring each dish shines in freshness, quality, and visual appeal.
• Maintains established food presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment at all times.
• If work shift requires, properly open and/or close the kitchen – unlocking/locking doors & secured areas, and turning on/turning off all equipment essential to the operation
• Support other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and campus partners

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of culinary experience
• ServSafe Certification Preferred
