Job DetailsJob Location: Midland, TX 79706JOB SUMMARY Coordinate customer requirements with all phases of operation including the areas of service preparation, service execution, and personnel supervision.  Maintain attention to safety and Standard Operating Procedures.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise Field Operatives reinforcing Safety and Quality Control, conducting Spot Audits and assisting in the Customer Consultation process in remote locations without a local Service Manager or Branch Operations Manager. Conduct Observation Based Safety Checks. Perform vehicle safety and shop inspections. Participate in safety related investigations. Work closely with Inside Sales team by forwarding sales leads, collect needed information for repair quotes, including verifying accurate and complete information from field operatives.  Lead and participate in safety meetings. Provide technical support, mentorship and direction to Field Operatives.  Assists in training & evaluation of Field Technicians. Resolve complex technical problems. Stage, organize and verify equipment and parts for jobs, where needed. Complete customer visits within the territory to collect information needed for projects, quotes for jobs & service requests. Perform field work including but not limited to; repairs, inspections, on-call work, troubleshooting, project management & installations to ensure our equipment is Ready to Rent.   QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years similar experience in service company or oilfield operating company.  Requires strong leadership and supervisory skills. Good computer skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Multi-tasking ability. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to continuously stand & walk Ability to sit for long periods of time Frequently push & pull Occasionally bend & stoop Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs Working outside in variable weather conditions to include heat, humidity, cold & wind.
