Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

*Schedule includes seasonal scheduling - College semesters; August – December; January – May

Creative Dining Services on site at Northwood University is looking for a 

friendly and customer-focused General Food Service Worker to help create a welcoming dining experience for our campus community. If you enjoy engaging with guests, providing excellent service, and being part of a high-energy team—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up food service areas, equipment, and utensils according to daily needs and guidelines.
• Prepare and assist with a variety of food items, including hot and cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, and simple baked goods.
• Maintain food safety standards, including monitoring temperatures and proper handling.
• Restock food, beverages, utensils, and service items as needed.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and dining spaces.
• Assist with catering setup and service.
• Perform cashiering duties as assigned.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and campus partners

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of Hospitality experience
