Role Summary:

 

Responsible for maintaining Stallion's vehicles and equipment and ensuring all equipment is up to standards and compliance.

 

Role Priorities / Responsibilities:

  • Perform general mechanical troubleshooting on company service trucks, heavy trucks and trailers
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment fleet through preventative service and repairs in timely manner
  • Maintain company tools/equipment and inventory records
  • Maintain maintenance records in accordance with Company and Local, State, Federal regulations
  • Company service truck provided for occasional field service calls
  • Ensures compliance with all company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements including, but not limited to completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, near miss and hazard reports

 

Education or Certification required (if applicable):

  • Would prefer having ASE (Auto Service Excellence) Certification
  • Must own personal tools/toolbox
  • PM's on heavy duty fleet experience required
  • Other certifications as necessary
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements
  • Prefer CDL class A license or ability to obtain one after hire
