Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN CVOR for travel/contract positions in Midland, MI. 

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $3000 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Cath Lab

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 4 X 10-hr shifts, Any 4 shifts, Mon-Fri | On-call 1-2 Nights per week, and every 3rd weekend | Weekends - Every 3rd weekend for call

Position Requirements:

• RN CVOR experience: 3+ years - Required
  
• Open Heart experience - Required 
  
• Prior Travel Nursing experience – Highly preferred
  
• Covid Vaccination – Required
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN - Required
  
• BSN - Preferred
  
• RN License for State of MI - Required 
  
• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  

Job Description:

• Responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure and maintains patient safety.
  
• The RN outlines individual care plans, implements, evaluates and documents care of patient during surgical procedures. Provides leadership to the OR team.
  
• Assesses the needs of the surgical patient and develops a plan of care specific for that patient. Implements and evaluates the plan of care during the procedure, and makes necessary adjustments keeping patient safety a priority.
  
• Supervises activity in the operating room. Anticipates and coordinates any schedule changes for the room. Assembles equipment and supplies. Assists anesthesia as necessary. Monitors sterile field.
  
• Communicates with patient, family, physician, OR team, supervisor/manager, and ancillary departments
