Residential HVAC Service Technician – D&D | Midland, TX

D&D is growing in Midland, and we’re looking for a solid HVAC tech who can run their own truck, take care of customers, and do good work.

If you’ve got at least 2 years of experience, can diagnose issues, and are comfortable talking with homeowners, this is a great opportunity.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running your own truck and handling service calls 
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems 
• Walking customers through what’s going on 
• Presenting options and completing the work 
• Keeping things clean and professional 

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years running calls independently 
• Strong customer service and communication 
• Solid troubleshooting skills 
• Takes pride in doing things the right way 
• Reliable and easy to work with
