QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our Dow health center in Midland, MI!

Work with a team-oriented staff to provide quality care to Dow employees and their dependents. Work for QuadMed | Careers | Available Job Postings | Health Care | QuadMed (quadmedical.com).  

Schedule: 40 hours/wk

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university 
  • Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience  
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)   
  • Active and unrestricted applicable licensure 
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire  
  • NPI & DEA  
  • Current National Board Certification 
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
