Job Description:

The Planning and Logistics Coordinator 1 tracks the location of all hydraulic fracturing equipment; maintains constant communication with relevant organizational departments regarding maintenance workload, work orders, and equipment status updates; performs and verifies equipment tracker updates; and coordinates all Heavy Haul equipment movement.

 Responsibilities:

  • Track the location of all hydraulic fracturing equipment
  • Follow the maintenance yard flow chart to coordinate equipment through the yard
  • Maintain constant communication with relevant organizational departments regarding maintenance workload, work orders, and equipment status updates
  • Verify the accurate completion of work orders and performance of proper testing before clearing equipment for field operation
  • Perform updates in the equipment tracker
  • Verify that equipment tracker notes match all open work orders for units in the organization’s yards
  • Coordinate all Heavy Haul equipment movement and provide all necessary documentation to Heavy Haul drivers
  •  Create work orders upon arrival of equipment to the organization’s yards
  • Monitor stage counts and update Pump Fleet Focus
  • Promptly answer or reply to all received communication (i.e., phone calls, texts, and emails)
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings and always utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role, required
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; can effectively interact with teammates, supervisors, and personnel at all levels of the organization
  • Highly collaborative, can work effectively with others to reach a common objective
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly detail oriented with accurate data entry capabilities
  • Can accurately perform duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with advanced time management skills
  • Proficient working in Microsoft 365 applications, specifically excel, and can quickly learn other work-related software
  • Must be available to work rotating 12-hour shifts, nights, and weekends
