Job DetailsJob Location: WTXE-Midland - Midland, TX 79707Job Summary: The Plunger Lift Sales & Service representative will select, install and perform duties using plunger lift, automation, and related equipment to optimize oil and gas well production. Description: • Full-Time, Non-Supervisory Role • Excellent compensation package with benefits Responsibilities: Primary function: Sales and Service of plunger lift and related products to E&P companies Demonstrated knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations and compliance of OSHA and other local regulatory policies and procedures Determine best product for well optimization and solutions Install and repair various equipment and components Clearly communicate with clients, management, and team members with a positive and professional attitude Must be able to perform simple mathematic calculations, have good mechanical aptitude, and reasonable English writing skills Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical workload including lifting 75 lbs., and standing, bending for potentially 12 hours per day Demonstrated work experience and a proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point Automation experience a plus Qualifications: Previous experience of at least 3 years oil/gas production experience with a focus on plunger lift operations, optimization, maintenance, and gas lift operations Familiarity with artificial lift methodologies Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics Valid and current Driver’s License Requirements: • High School Diploma/GED, Technical certification, • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug/alcohol tests • Subject to driving history and criminal background check Qualifications
