The pride we take in our work shows in everything we do. JOB SUMMARY The purpose of the Yard Worker is to support the needs of the customers in a professional, safe and timely manner. An individual in this position will work to keep all equipment clean and organized in order to provide our customers reliability, consistency and the highest standards possible. This individual is knowledgeable of heavy equipment and oilfield equipment. Work is performed inside in a warehouse environment and outside with regularly fluctuating temperatures. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Cleans, maintains and organizes heavy equipment and various pieces of machinery Load and unload equipment and parts deliveries Checks in equipment from rental or for maintenance Ability to perform minor mechanical tasks (ie. replace hydraulic hoses, install bolt-on accessories, etc.) and possess or obtain tools for such. Move equipment or machinery as directed Maintains work area and yard area in an organized manner Assists with service and maintenance record keeping Follows all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adheres to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook Performs all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner Washing, testing, and painting pumps Fitting out big pumps as needed per customers request Stickering all pumps  Making sure pumps are going out 100 percent  Qualifications Positive attitude and can-do mentality Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized Attention to detail Works well as a team
