Description
POSITION PURPOSE
Perform repairs in and around Lodge. Ensure facilities are in good working order and adhere to proper safety guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Complete repair work side by side maintenance teammates. Supervise and train teammates in maintenance department. Inspect and follow up on work orders, identified as complete to ensure teammates are completing tasks appropriately. Assigned work orders. Maintain proper inventory controls. Participate in coordination of projects with General Manager. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements.
OTHER:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Â
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Lodge. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Requirements
EDUCATION
High school or equivalent education required.
EXPERIENCE
Must have minimum of three years hands-on experience working on minor electrical, painting, plumbing and a/c repairs.
