The Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting guests; setting up conference calls and Webex for the office; answering phones; requesting and distributing medical record requests from collectors; and preparing and receiving FedEx shipments. This position will also manage calendars for the C-Suite; coordinate employee birthday gifts; Print, prepare and mail (including Electronic) Medical Records per the Request Log and Worker's Compensation Log, and review and process expense reports. The Administrative Assistant will create, edit and proof pitches for the C-suite and other Vice Presidents; order break room supplies and manage the supply room; have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure. In addition, preform other duties, as approved by your Manager. Â

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an Administrative role
- Experience supporting various Executives
- Experience with calendar management
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Range:
Minimum: $19.03
Maximum: $28.54
