Benefits and Compensation: We are committed to providing generous and competitive monthly incentive opportunities to our employees as well as an hourly rate.  First year Sales Consultants earn an average of $50,000 and our Top Producers earn $80,000 - $100,000 + while enjoying a fun, flexible work environment. Our world-class training program will get you ramped up and ready to win!
