What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant / Caregiver, you'll provide hands-on support and companionship to residents, including:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility, transfers and positioning
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders as permitted
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
• Support residents with activities and engagement
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable and positive environment

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience as a:

CNA • PCA • Caregiver • Resident Assistant • Nursing Assistant 

Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care or healthcare experience is a plus!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Dementia training required for Memory Care associates
• Dependable, compassionate and team-oriented
• Must meet applicable background and company employment requirements
