The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. Looking for Personal Trainers who can work one on one with members as well as small personal training groups. This role requires availability during early mornings (5:00–8:00 AM), evenings (5:00–8:00 PM), and weekends. Personal Trainer pay range is $20-$22 per hour and Advanced Personal Trainer pay range is $27-$30 per hour.

DUTIES of a Personal Trainer

We are looking for personal trainers who are willing to work flexible hours to accommodate members' needs. It is also preferred that these individuals work hours as a Wellness Coach to utilize their time to build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, conduct fitness evaluations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Personal Trainer

Personal trainers are required to have a current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.) as well as current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
