Maintenance Technician

We’re currently looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to become part of our team at The Ridge Apartments in Salt Lake City. Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Who and what skills are we looking for?

• A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Universal is highly preferred
• Energetic, responsible and organized
• A true team-player mentality
