Site Administrative Coordinator (1 year assignment)

Location: Midway, GA

Position Summary

Hanwha Materials is seeking a proactive and organized Site Administrative Coordinator to support workplace operations at our Savannah Plant. This position is responsible for coordinating facility administration, company vehicle management, office and employee resources, vendor services, and general administrative support.

The role will also support workplace improvement and facility enhancement projects following the recent acquisition of the Savannah Plant, helping maintain a safe, efficient, and employee-focused work environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General Affairs & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace and office operations. 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. 
  • Maintain office supplies, new hire/employee swag, business cards, office/cubicle name plates, and other workplace resources. 
  • Support employee onboarding logistics, including workstation setup and related administrative needs. 
  • Assist with company events, employee activities, and visitor support. 

Facility & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate facility vendor services. 
  • Support office, cafeteria, locker room, and workplace improvement projects. 
  • Assist with contractor scheduling, project coordination, and related administrative activities. 
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. 

Company Vehicle & Asset Management

  • Coordinate company vehicle registrations, maintenance, inspections, and related records. 
  • Establish and maintain inventory and records for office equipment, furniture, and other company assets. 
  • Support procurement and tracking of workplace-related equipment and supplies. 

Vendor & Purchasing Support

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility, office, and employee-related services. 
  • Obtain quotations and support purchasing activities in accordance with company procedures. 
  • Assist with invoice tracking and administrative documentation as needed. 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support HR and plant leadership with administrative projects and special assignments. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • 2+ years of experience in general affairs, office administration, facilities coordination, or a related role. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 


Preferred

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 
  • 5+ years of experience in general affairs, office administration, facilities coordination, or a related role. 
  • Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, or company assets. 
  • Basic purchasing or inventory management experience. 
  • Bilingual English/Korean is a plus.
