Kitchen Utility

Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking motivated and dependable Kitchen Utility to join our growing culinary team. We're looking for individuals who are willing to learn multiple areas of our food operation, including prep cooking, line cooking, food truck service, expo, and general kitchen support.

What You'll Do

Depending on business needs and your experience, you may assist in several areas of the kitchen operation:

• Prepare food items according to recipes and company standards
• Assist with food prep and station setup
• Work on the line during service periods
• Support food truck operations and events
• Coordinate orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, and workstations
• Restock ingredients, food products, and supplies throughout shifts
• Assist with kitchen organization and inventory management
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members across multiple stations

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous restaurant, kitchen, food truck, prep cook, line cook, or expo experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• 30-39 hours per week available
• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Flexible scheduling

Compensation

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
