This position requires flexibility for both daytime and evening shifts, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, professional service to guests during events
- Execute food and beverage service, including buffet, plated, and passed service
- Bartend events when needed, including preparing and serving beer, wine, and cocktails
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, décor, stations, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout service
- Work collaboratively with the events team, kitchen staff, and management
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Uphold Rusty Rail's standards of hospitality and brand representation
Qualifications:
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and guest-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability for both daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
