POSITION SUMMARY:Ā Ā Ā
UsesĀ the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to pick orders, load trucks, and receive finished goods from Production departments. Also performs physical counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory.Ā Ā
UsesĀ the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to receive supplies, rawĀ materialsĀ and goods, which are used in the manufacturing of products. To pull and supply production with necessary ingredients needed to produce finishedĀ goodsĀ
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ā Ā
- Loads and/orĀ unloadsĀ trucks: LTL and full loads of finished product and/or Raw Materials.Ā
- Performs material handling, forklift operation, loading trucks, & pulling orders by following company policies and procedures.Ā
- UsesĀ the WMS to pick orders and/or transfer product.Ā
- Performs physical and logical cycle counts as directed.Ā
- Receives RMAās (returns fromĀ customers).Ā
- Picks andĀ stagesĀ transferĀ to be shipped to outside storage facilities.Ā
- Properly completes inspections of trailers and completes BOL.Ā
- Responsible to do safety checklist and charge forkliftĀ pursuant toĀ department procedures.Ā
- May use hand-held electronic inventory devices or forklift mountedĀ devicesĀ to track, code, or mark merchandise.Ā
- Receives finished goods fromĀ ProductionĀ department for each shift.Ā
- Reports any food safety or quality problems to personnel with the authority toĀ initiateĀ action.Ā
- May use sit-down or stand-up forklift or electric pallet jack in the storage or movement of received stock, equipment, or ingredients.Ā

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Ā Ā
- Education and training:
- Requires basic skillsĀ in:Ā arithmetic and reading & writing English.Ā
- Must be Forklift Certified. Use stand up forklifts.Ā
- Job-related experience: MinimumĀ 2 yearsā related experience in warehouse environment One year of experience with WMS as well as operating forklift and pallet riders.Ā
- Ā Managerial experience: N/A
- Technical knowledge and skills:
- Read and write English and know basic arithmetic.Ā
- Must be knowledgeable in operating forklift and/or electric pallet riders.Ā
