JOB SUMMARY:
 The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and accuracy, including inventory audits, cycle counts, inbound and outbound product integrity, and loss prevention. This role ensures inventory processes align with company policies and customer requirements, supporting overall operational efficiency and service excellence.Â
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 • Lead and manage daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation efforts
 • Maintain compliance with internal inventory procedures and client-specific requirements
 • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions
 • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
 • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution of inventory tasks
 • Supervise the implementation of inventory control systems and continuous improvement initiatives
 • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of audit and count results
 • Oversee FIFO/LIFO inventory methods and product rotation compliance
 • Develop and implement warehouse loss prevention strategies
 • Review and maintain proper storage practices for quality assurance
 • Train and coach inventory team members to ensure high performance and accountability
 • Prepare inventory reports for leadership and support data-driven decisions
 • Maintain proper records of adjustments, damages, and cycle count justifications
 • Coordinate with IT and systems teams to ensure inventory data integrity in WMS and ERP platforms
 • Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 The Inventory Manager directly supervises the Inventory Control Supervisor(s), Inventory Coordinator(s), and Inventory Auditor(s), ensuring performance, training, and adherence to company standards.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate, some college preferred but not required. One to two years experience working in a warehouse environment.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Possess or have ability to become forklift certified
- Â Drivers License or equivalentÂ
Â
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents, including protocols, standard operating procedures, customer orders, and pick tickets. Written and oral communication skills in English are required.Â

Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Office environment is ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. Â The performance of this position also requires exposure to the warehouse areas where certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and foot protection with, at times, distracting noise levels.
