Description

Advanced Technology Products, headquartered in Milford Center, Ohio, is a manufacturer and vendor of tubing, hose, and fittings to a wide range of markets throughout both the United States and internationally. ATP has experienced steady growth and expansion and is looking for quality candidates for long-term employment. ATP is a 100% Employee-Owned ESOP Company.


Reports to the Quality Control Manager with duties including, but not limited to:


路 Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and聽

measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.

路 Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and

measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.

路 Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and聽

measurement tests and rejecting/separating unacceptable materials. Reporting results to production supervisor and Quality Manager.

路 Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures聽

and complying with legal regulations.

路 Assist in conducting root cause analysis for nonconformity of materials identified in

Inspections

路 Assist in overall process improvements and process re-engineering towards continuous

improvement.

路 Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports to Quality Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have eye for detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good math and technical skills

2-5 years of experience of inspection and/or production experience

Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing

Working knowledge of Word and Excel (Microsoft Office products)

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Working knowledge of quality equipment such as calipers, pin gauges, etc.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
