In this role, you will combine nonprofit finance, accounts payable, and client fund administration to ensure financial resources are handled accurately, responsibly, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. What You'll Do Manage and reconcile client funds accounts using the Resident Funds Management System (RFMS). Process payments, reimbursements, invoices, and client spending requests. Prepare monthly statements, reconciliations, and financial reports. Monitor client balances and ensure compliance with financial guidelines and resource limits. Coordinate payments for room and board, pharmacy expenses, personal purchases, and representative payee obligations. Work closely with program staff, vendors, and finance leadership to support the financial well-being of clients. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, invoicing, bookkeeping, or related financial operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and other business applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with Sage Intacct and/or Resident Funds Management System (RFMS) is a plus. Why NCIA? Because here, you matter.
