The Mental Health Director - SUD is a key member of the Mental Health Leadership Team and is responsible for coordinating substance use services by providing administrative support, supervision and consultation.  This person provides clinical oversight and supervision, ensures timely assessments are completed and intervention for intoxication and withdrawal management is performed per required standards.  This person is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of substance use services, including intake/ admission process, assessments, individual follow-up, treatment planning, psychoeducational treatment, group therapy, crisis intervention and services for patients.  They will also provide staff training, counseling and performance evaluations.  Qualifications Masters level degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited educational institution required Active professional unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW Three to five years’ experience in a progressive supervisory or management position Three to five years’ mental health experience in a correctional or mental health environment preferred Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Available shift:  full time, days We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more... #INDMHM
