NCIA is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Operations – Community Living Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-site Community Living program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role oversees program operations, staffing, compliance, quality assurance, budgets, and service delivery to ensure safe, person-centered supports that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.  Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for multiple Community Living sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. Supervise Community Living managers and medical/health suite personnel while providing operational oversight across programs. Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, resource allocation, and program performance. Ensure compliance with NCIA policies, DDA requirements, Community Settings Rule standards, and other regulatory requirements. Oversee incident management, participant fund processes, documentation systems, audits, and corrective action plans. Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, and staff development. Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, employees, regulators, community partners, and other stakeholders. Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and interdisciplinary team processes. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across all Community Living services. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Experience Minimum five (5) years of experience managing multi-site Community Living or similar human services programs. Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience Licenses/Certifications Certified Medication Technician (CMT) credential required. Valid Maryland Driver's License with fewer than three (3) points and an acceptable driving record.
