The Carter Mario Law Firm has been helping personal injury victims throughout Connecticut for more than three decades. Our professional legal team provides compassionate, client-focused legal help to those who are hurt through no fault of their own. Our efforts to go above and beyond have resulted in countless successful results. We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Intake Specialist to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Handle potential client intake inquiries from English and Spanish speaking callers
  • Assist with Spanish to English translations with clients and callers
  • Assist all callers by providing polite and professional assistance via phone, e-mail, or mail
  • Promote the advantages of the Carter Mario Brand
  • Schedule client meetings
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Timely data entry and general administrative support
  • Assist with front desk coverage as needed

Requirements

  • Fully fluent (speaking, writing, & reading) in English and Spanish
  • Customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience as an administrative assistant in an in-office environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with friendly demeanor
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM
  • Self-starter with proven ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to be a team player and work independently
  • Medical or legal terminology knowledge a plus
  • Organized, reliable work ethic
  • Proficient typing skills to navigate various software programs, phone systems, the internet, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe.
