Concept Rehab is hiring a Director of Rehab (DOR) to oversee clinical operations, compliance, and team performance within a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and financial performance
  • Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance
  • Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls)
  • Manage departmental resources and reporting
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence

Qualifications

  • Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP (required)
  • Prior rehab or therapy management experience preferred
  • Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
