We’re searching for a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager who thrives on challenges and is ready to play a critical role in driving our operations forward. This role will ensure proper receiving and storing of project-related materials, and the proper loading of trucks or trailers to make sure all the materials make it to the project.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in supporting our signage installation and repair projects. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on optimizing systems, solving logistical challenges, and setting the standard for excellence in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

Operational:

·         Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials critical to our signage projects.

·         Drive operational improvements to ensure seamless support for field teams.

·         Work with upper management to help develop logistic plans, to ensure efficiencies in loading trucks & product storage.

Inventory:

·         Implement and maintain advanced inventory control systems, ensuring materials and tools are always available when needed.

·         Conduct frequent audits to prevent discrepancies and maintain supply chain integrity.

Leadership and Team Building:

·         Lead, mentor, and inspire warehouse staff to reach their full potential.

·         Cultivate a results-oriented team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:

·         Utilize cutting-edge warehouse management systems (WMS) and analytics tools to track inventory and optimize workflows.

·         Collaborate with project managers to ensure precise forecasting and material delivery.

Safety and Compliance:

·         Champion a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing OSHA standards.

·         Regularly review and update safety protocols to keep the team secure and the warehouse running smoothly.
