We’re looking for Process Guides & Process Assistants to support daily operations and help lead our warehouse teams in the Hopedale, MA area.

- Full-Time | 1st Shift Available
- $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
As a Process Guide, you’ll act as a key support partner to supervisors and associates on the floor:
- Guide day-to-day warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)
- Train and onboard new team members
- Ensure processes are followed correctly and safely
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and remove bottlenecks
- Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and productivity
- Communicate updates and priorities to team members
- Support performance tracking and operational goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Experience in a lead, trainer, or mentor role is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer or warehouse system (WMS/RF) familiarity
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) and pass all pre-employment screenings.
