Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate

Milford, NH | Full-Time

Chappell Tractor is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Parts Department at our Milford, NH location.

As our Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping parts moving efficiently throughout our dealership. This is a hands-on position that requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments
Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies
Stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations
Pick, package, and ship customer and dealership orders
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
Assist the parts counter staff with locating and delivering parts as needed
Help with inventory counts and cycle counts
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to support daily operations

Requirements

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and punctual
Basic computer skills
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
