Role: Assistant Director

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood education center. This role works closely with center leadership, teaching staff, children, and families to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Center leadership team.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the child care center.
- Greet families and visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule tours, and provide excellent customer service.
- Support enrollment, registration, attendance, billing, and recordkeeping.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student, family, and employee records.
- Assist with licensing, compliance, and required documentation.
- Support classroom operations as needed to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist with family engagement activities, center events, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with teachers and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

- 2+ years of experience in Center leadership role within a childcare center.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
