Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH – just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We're actively hiring for a full-time Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.

If you enjoy solving manufacturing challenges, improving processes, and supporting the production of complex electromechanical assemblies, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical expertise to the Electro Mechanical Assembly department
  • Participate in new product introduction (NPI) quoting activities
  • Determine requirements for specialized tooling and fixtures
  • Develop manufacturing processes and procedures for new electromechanical products
  • Identify and implement process improvements for existing products and assemblies
  • Deliver training and technical guidance to manufacturing teams
  • Monitor quality metrics and address opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Engineering, SPC, Maintenance, and Machining teams on technical initiatives
  • Evaluate new equipment and manufacturing technologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Train employees on equipment operation and safety practices

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
