Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist:
- Provide treatment per established care plans
- Collaborate with OTRs, families, and care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation
- Educate staff and families on care programs
Qualifications:
- Active COTA license in the state of practice (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
