Maintenance Support Staff
Location: Mill Spring, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Pay:Â Starts at $16 per hour and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, raking, planting, trimming, and watering the campus grounds
- Works with the team on routine vehicle maintenance
- Works on minor building projects and modifications
- Maintains all equipment
- Support projects and maintenance needs on the Asheville campus as assigned
- Other maintenance related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of maintenance systems
- Construction and vehicle maintenance skills
- Landscaping and grounds keeping skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically moving and standing for extended periods of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving to be on company insurance and use company vehicles
