Bartender

Description

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating excellent cocktails and delivering outstanding customer service. The candidate should be knowledgeable about different types of alcohol, beer, and wine, and be able to make recommendations to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Members
• Maintain an inventory of supplies 
• Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Keep an accurate record of sales and ensure all sales are entered into the POS system
• Follow all safety and health regulations regarding the preparation and serving of alcohol
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations regarding the preparation and serving of alcohol
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
