Snack Bar Attendant

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Snack Bar Attendant to join our team. The Snack Bar Attendant will be responsible for ensuring Member satisfaction by providing high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized snack bar area. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders for Members and enter into the POS system
• Deliver orders to Members
• Ensure the snack bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be restocked.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as washing dishes, wiping counters, and sweeping/mopping the floor.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient snack bar operation.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
