We are seeking Part-Time Contents Technicians to support a high volume of restoration projects. This position is warehouse-based and does not require travel to job sites.

In this role, you will clean, restore, and organize soft and hard contents from fire-damaged properties. The work is repetitive, detail-oriented, and physically active, and plays a critical role in helping customers recover after a disaster.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Clean and restore soft contents such as clothing, textiles, and linens
Clean and restore hard contents including furniture, household items, and electronics
Perform repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
Safely handle, organize, and store contents within the warehouse
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Qualifications

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items throughout the workday
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Restoration or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver’s license required

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with cleaning agents
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items
