Key Responsibilities

  • Lead nursing operations, staffing, and clinical team performance.
  • Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and effective care planning.
  • Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and nursing standards.
  • Lead quality improvement, audits, and survey readiness.
  • Oversee clinical documentation, assessments, and EMR processes.
  • Develop, mentor, and support nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or applicable equivalent
  • Current RN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Nursing leadership/supervisory experience preferred
  • Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
