Key Responsibilities
- Lead nursing operations, staffing, and clinical team performance.
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and effective care planning.
- Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and nursing standards.
- Lead quality improvement, audits, and survey readiness.
- Oversee clinical documentation, assessments, and EMR processes.
- Develop, mentor, and support nursing staff.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or applicable equivalent
- Current RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Nursing leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
