Job duties include; but may not be limited to:
- Record, log, and maintain quality records as required.
- Communicate with other quality personnel regarding non-conforming products, processing problems, and important daily activities; inform and recommend to engineering, production supervisors, group leaders, and operators of the like.
- Collect parts tubs and visually inspect molded rubber product to AQL sampling plan as per Quality Specifications.
- Inspect first part inspection and 100% audit; initiate corrective action for non-conforming product; record, log, and maintain records.
- Perform duties for finishing or sorting of rejected non-conforming product; monitor and release parts from the reject hold area.
- Operate count scales and Micro-Vu measuring equipment when required.
- Prepare boxes when required; follow work instructions for packaging and specifications; verify and affix appropriate box labels.
The job will be awarded to the bidder the Company considers most qualified for the job. Factors the Company will consider in reaching a decision include, but are not limited to; performance, attendance, and the supervisor’s recommendations.
