Description 
Under minimal supervision, you will review each work order and ensure proper materials are available. You will then set up the necessary equipment and material to assemble interior doors according to the order. This includes cutting components accurately, hinge/lockset prep, and fastenings jambs, stops, and casings. Various assembly equipment is used as well as power, air, and hand tools. The goal is to complete orders accurately and according to the schedule. 

Requirements 

  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in the use of a variety of tools is preferred 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • General carpentry skills are preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to do repetitious work at a fast pace while standing for long periods of time 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance
