This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment!

How Will You聽Make聽an聽Impact?:
Working聽with聽a聽team聽in聽a聽fast-paced聽environment聽assembling聽product.
A Day in the Life:
- Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
- Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
- Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
- Record and complete聽accurate聽documentation according to GMP requirements
- Drive safety聽culture聽and聽quality聽in聽all聽activities
- Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
- Working聽with聽a聽team聽in聽a聽fast-paced聽environment聽assembling聽product
- Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical聽Process聽Improvement)聽culture聽through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen events
Education:
High school diploma聽or聽equivalent聽required.
Experience:
- Required: No previous job experience required
- Preferred:聽Experience聽in聽a聽cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Follow all safety protocols
- Drive聽quality聽in聽all聽activities
- Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
- Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
- 路 Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to work in a聽fast聽paced聽controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional聽overtime聽as聽the聽need聽arises聽for production schedule adherence
- The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.
- Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.
- 路 Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
