Production & Inventory Assistant

Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time Production & Inventory Clerk to support production reporting, inventory control, data entry, and warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with production, inventory, warehouse operations, or data entry, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily production reports accurately into company systems
• Verify production quantities, work orders, and production records
• Maintain production, packaging, and inventory documentation
• Process inventory transactions and stock updates
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Print labels and prepare production documentation
• Support warehouse operations, including material movement and organization
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, inventory, or data entry is preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Office knowledge is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
