Reconstruction Project Manager

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Restoration Project Manager to assist our clients in putting their homes back to pre-loss condition, work with insurance claims, and lead our fire, water, and storm damage repair projects.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage restoration projects from beginning to completion

· Lead and coordinate crews and subcontractors

· Work with adjusters, TPA, and Inspectors as needed.

· Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

· Maintain fiduciary responsibilities.

· Maximize Margins

· Issue resolutions

· Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

· Critical Thinking.

What You Bring:

· Hands-on trade experience (fire, water, mold, demolition)

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

· Ability to read construction drawings and manage scopes of work
