What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer incoming calls, route messages appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
  • Check clients and patients in and out
  • Confirm and update client and patient information
  • Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
  • Maintain accurate medical records and assist with record requests
  • Manage appointment reminders and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and welcoming lobby
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support an efficient hospital workflow
  • Provide calm, compassionate support during both routine and emotional visits
