Machine Shop Operator 2nd Shift

Your Mission on the Floor

In this role, precision is everything. You will be responsible for the safe assembly and maintenance of specialized equipment:

• Precision Assembly: Safely load, repair, and store units according to exact specifications.
• Quality Control: Act as the final line of defense, identifying faulty parts to ensure every product functions perfectly.
• Inventory Management: Master the digital and physical tracking of parts and complete regular inventory counts.
• Skill Building: Learn to perform preventative maintenance on high-tech machinery and keep your shop in top-tier condition.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean, orderly workspace while following OSHA and health and safety standards.

What You Bring to the Team

• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience.
• The "Toolkit": Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and great manual dexterity.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle an active environment (bending, pushing, pulling, and sitting for 50%+ of your shift).
• Outdoor Ready: Comfortable working in various temperatures and navigating outdoor terrain when needed.

2nd Shift Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
