What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, communication and teamwork are key. You will be working in a dynamic, close-knit production space alongside your coworkers to:
Collaborate on Quality: Perform quality checks and assist the team with equipment cleaning and change-overs.
Master the Inventory: Report material usage and minimize waste to keep the team running efficiently.
Keep it Clean: Maintain a safe, organized, and "housekeeping-ready" workspace for you and your teammates.
Stay Accurate: Complete essential paperwork and data entry to support the plant’s goals.
Safety First: Practice safe work habits in line with OSHA and specific health expectations.
What We’re Looking For
The Team Player: You enjoy working in close proximity to others and have great communication skills.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0–2 years in production/manufacturing (we love to train motivated people!).
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active (standing, bending, stooping) for the majority of your shift
- Versatility: Comfortable working in varying temperatures and navigating outdoor ramps or uneven terrain.
