Your Mission in the Warehouse

You aren’t just moving boxes—you are the heartbeat of our supply chain. In this role, you will:

Master Inventory Flow: Accurately pull and stage materials for work orders and record vital trace documentation.
Logistics Leadership: Safely load and audit outgoing shipments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Data Integrity: Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and use ERP/CRM systems to keep our records flawless.
Warehouse Strategy: Track inventory movement between locations and analyze variances to recommend improvements.
Safety & Standards: Maintain a pristine, OSHA-compliant workspace and assist with year-end physical inventories.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 2–5 years of material handling/inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Certifications: Forklift Certification is a huge plus!
The "Detective" Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active (standing, bending, stooping) for the majority of your shift.
Versatility: Comfortable working in varying temperatures and navigating outdoor ramps or uneven terrain.

Valid TX Drivers License is Required!

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
$18/hr
